WHEN IS THE ELECTION?
Election Day is on Tuesday, March 15. Polls are open from 6:30am to 7:30pm.
All voters must bring identification to the polls in order to cast a regular ballot on Election Day.
HOW DO I FIND OUT IF I AM ALREADY REGISTERED TO VOTE?
You can confirm your voter registration status online by visiting the Ohio Secretary of State’s website
CAN I VOTE EARLY BY MAIL?
Yes, all Ohio voters are eligible to vote early by mail by requesting an absentee ballot. To receive your absentee ballot, download the application here
Then, fill it out, print it, sign it, and return it to:

Your absentee ballot application must be received by the Board of Elections no later than noon on Saturday, March 12.
CAN I VOTE EARLY IN PERSON?
Yes, beginning February 17, you can go to the Montgomery County Board of Elections and request your absentee ballot and cast your vote in the same visit.
Early, in-person voting hours are:
Wed., Feb. 17 – Fri., Feb. 19=8am–5pm
Mon., Feb. 22 – Fri., March 4=8am–5pm
Sat., March 5=8am–4pm
Mon., March 7 – Fri., March 11=8am–7pm
Sat., March 12=8am–4pm
Sun., March 13=1-5pm
Mon., March 14=8am–2pm
WHAT’S THE DEADLINE TO RETURN MY COMPLETED ABSENTEE BALLOT?
By U.S. Mail: Your completed ballot must be postmarked no later than Monday, March 14 and received by the Board of Elections no later than March 25.
In Person, either by you or an eligible family member: Your completed ballot must be delivered to the Board of Elections office no later than 7:30 p.m. on March 15 – Election Day. Absentee ballots cannot be returned to your regular polling location on Election Day.
